Tripartite Game and Simulation Analysis of Green Technology Innovation Activities Under Government Incentives
Green technology innovation is one of the important ways for manufacturing enterprises to save energy, reduce e-missions and enhance the value chain. In order to encourage enterprises to actively carry out green technology innovation activi-ties,based on the perspective of stakeholders, this paper selected three main participants of government, enterprises and consum-ers in the green technology innovation system, constructed the evolutionary game model among the three parties, and analyzed the stability of the game equilibrium strategy solution by using the system dynamics method. At the same time, using the simulation method,by changing the value of each parameter in the green technology innovation system, the game relationship and strategic choice of the government, enterprises and consumers under different government incentives were simulated and explored. The re-search showed that in the green technology innovation system, when the government implements strict supervision, enterprises ac-tively carry out green technology innovation activities and consumers support the purchase of green technology achievements, the system can maintain an evolutionary stable equilibrium state;when the government adopts positive incentive and negative punish-ment measures,it will promote enterprises to carry out green technology innovation activities;consumers are more inclined to sup-port green technology achievements after receiving subsidies, but are relatively less sensitive to the intensity of subsidies. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as enhancing the awareness of green development, strengthening the supervision mechanism, and rationally adjusting the incentive policy.
