Quantitative Evaluation and Optimization of Food Security Policies:Based on PMC Index Model
Aiming at the quantitative evaluation and optimization of food security policy, this paper took food security policy as the research object, constructed the PMC index model through text mining method, and used the PMC index and surface to make an empirical analysis of the selected 10 policy texts. The results indicate that the overall quality of China′s food security policies is relatively high, with two of the 10 policies being excellent, five being good, and three being qualified.However,fur-ther optimization is still needed in terms of policy effectiveness, policy areas, and policy perspectives.Based on this, suggestions are proposed to strengthen the coherence of policy formulation, expand the scope of policy implementation and improve the bal-ance of policy effects.
