为提高火力发电厂烟气湿法脱硫装置(WFGD)的自动化水平,降低运行人员的劳动强度,以WF-GD的历史实际运行大数据为基础,建立基于数据驱动的吸收塔出口SO2 浓度预测模型,结合脱硫机理模型开发石灰石浆液自动供给系统,该系统以闭环控制的方式应用在 350MW机组脱硫装置石灰石浆液供给单元,实现了石灰石浆液的自动供给.实际运行效果表明:石灰石浆液自动供给系统可根据控制目标进行实时调整,吸收塔浆液pH控制稳定,净烟气中SO2 浓度贴近红线运行,降低了WFGD的石灰石耗量.
Research and Application of Limestone Slurry Automatic Supply in Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization
In order to improve the automation level of the wet flue gas desulfurization device(WFGD)in thermal power plants and reduce the labor intensity of operators.a data-driven SO2 concentration prediction model at the outlet of the absorp-tion tower is established based on the big data of historical and actual operation for WFGD.Combined with the desulfurization mechanism model,a limestone slurry automatic supply system is developed.The system is applied in the limestone slurry supply system of desulfurization device for 350MW turbine unit by closed-loop control,achieving automatic supply of limestone slurry.The actual operation effects show that the automatic supply system of limestone slurry adjusts in real-time according to the con-trol objectives,the pH value of the absorption tower slurry can stably be controlled,SO2 emission in clean flue gas is close to the critical value,and the consumption of limestone in the WFGD is reduced.
