从"制造"到"创新":美国学界对中国科技形象的认知演变与传播对策研究
From "Manufacturing" to "Innovation":A Study on the Cognitive Evolution and Communication Strategies of Chinese Science and Technology Image in the American Academic Community

从美国中国学的视野来看,当代中国的科技形象经历了从"起步者"到"追赶者"再到"挑战者"的三重转变.美国学者主要从政府角色定位、企业创新能力和科技人力资源三个维度分析中国科技发展的历史经验,其研究既存在着客观理性的一面,也存在着一定的偏见和敌意.中国科技形象的演变受益于中国科技事业发展、中外学者合作研究以及实证主义研究方法的积极因素,但又受制于美国国家利益、意识形态框架和科技传播效果的负面影响.因此,中国需要重视多元主体的参与,丰富科技传播的形式,加强对外传播的针对性,塑造"创新、负责、和平"的国家科技形象,为中国的科技发展营造积极的国际舆论环境.
Abstract
From the perspective of Chinese studies in the United States,contemporary China's technological image has undergone a triple transformation from an"initiator"to a"catcher"and then to a"challenger".American scholars mainly analyze the historical experience of China's technological development from three dimensions:government role positioning,corporate innovation capabilities,and technological human resources.Their research has both objective and rational aspects,as well as certain biases and hostility.The evolution of China's technological image benefits from the positive factors of China's technological development,collaborative research between Chinese and foreign scholars,and empirical research methods,as well as the negative impact of US national interests,ideological framework,and technological dissemination effectiveness.China needs to attach importance to the participation of multiple stakeholders,enrich the forms of scientific and technological communication,strengthen the targeting of external communication,shape a national scientific and technological image of"innovation,responsibility,and peace",and create a positive international public opinion environment for China's scientific and technological development.
