摘要
经济文化是经济活动中的关键自变量,在经济发展中发挥着原动力作用.准确把握推进中华民族伟大复兴战略全局、应对世界百年未有之大变局,需要基于新发展理念,推动经济文化的持续变革进步,并发挥经济文化现代化的引领作用."创新"理念促使一个国家或地区更多地追求知识、技术和高智力、高技能劳动等要素的培育集聚,由此形成竞争优势."协调"理念有助于促进经济治理体系实现系统整体性和个体适应性的辩证统一."绿色"理念促进实现人类跨代的最优化、自然系统的最优化."开放"理念意在不断促使人类社会拓展认知、实践活动的边界,迈进更大规模效应的系统中."共享"理念即是个体消费者实现个人社会价值的指引,也是社会文明进步的重要价值尺度.新发展阶段所应有的新发展理念,本质上是寄希望于以文化的现代化来引领中国式现代化发展.
Abstract
Economic culture is the key independent variable in economic activities,which play a role of source power in economic development.To have a full understanding of the strategic situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and face up to the profound changes unseen in a century,we need to follow the new development principles,promote continuous economic cultural transformation and progress,and give full play to the leading role of economic cultural in the modernization.The concept of"innovation"promote a country or region to pursue the cultivation of agglomeration among more knowledge,technology and other elements such as high intelligence,high skilled labor,as well as the scientific exploration and technological creation in unknown areas of human,and thus form a competitive advantage.The concept of"coordination"is helpful to coordinate the two economic operation mechanisms between the market from bottom to top and the government from top to bottom,and promote the dialectical unity of system integrity and individual adaptability in the economic governance system.The concept of"green"urges human society to limit all kinds of activities to the boundary of the sustainable development of natural system,so as to promote the optimization of human cross-generation and natural system.The concept of"openness"is intended to continuously promote human society to expand the boundaries of cognition and practice,and to step into the development system of larger scale effect.The concept of"sharing"is not only the guide for individual consumers to realize personal social value,but also an important value measure for the progress of social civilization.The new development principles in the new development stage,in essence,hopes to lead and drive the modernization development of the country with the modernization of culture.
