基于鱼骨分析和AHP的防火门安全隐患致因分析

防火门在火灾发生时能够有效阻隔和遏制火势快速蔓延,同时增加消防救援时间,确保人员安全疏散.以建筑防火门安全隐患产生原因为研究对象,通过鱼骨图方法分析出导致防火门安全隐患的4个主要致因因素和14个子致因因素,并运用层次分析法对相关致因因素进行分层量化,通过判断矩阵的计算及一致性检验,确定各致因因素的权重,找出了防火门安全隐患致因的主要因素,并提出了相关建议和措施.研究结果表明:在影响防火门安全性能的4个主要因素中,生产因素所占权重最高,对防火门安全性能影响最大;在二级指标的14个致因因素中,防控重点应放在防火门材料质量及防火性能、防火门尺寸制作和安装偏差、防火门设计选型规范性方面.
Cause analysis of fire door safety hazard based on the method of fishbone analysis and analytic hierarchy process
The fire door can effectively block and contain the rapid spread of fire in the event of a fire,and at the same time increases the fire rescue time to ensure the safety evacuation of people.In this paper,the causes of the safety hazard of building fire door was taken as the research object,and the cause-type fishbone diagram method is used to analyze the 4 main causative factors and 14 sub-factors,then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to quantify the related causative factors,and the weight of each contributing factor was determined through the calculation of judgment matrix and consistency test.Based on the weight value of causative factor of fire doors safety,the main factors causing the fire door safety hazard was found out and relevant suggestions were put forward.The results show that:among the 4 main factors which affect the safety performance of fire doors,the production factor has the highest weight value,and it has the greatest influence on safety performance of the fire door;while among the 14 causative factor of the secondary index,the prevention and control emphasis should be placed on the material quality and fire performance of fire door,the manufacture and installation deviation of fire door size,the design and selection standardization of the fire door.
