Stability analysis of slope under earthquake and seismic-rainfall coupling actions
Taking a certain engineering slope as the background,GEOSTUDIO software is used to model, and the stability of the slope under seismic conditions and under the coupled conditions of earthquake and rainfall is analysed. It is obtained that the slope elevation has an amplifying effect on slope displacement, velocity and acceleration peaks under earthquake conditions. Both the minimum average safety factor method and the permanent displacement method have certain empirical properties in evaluating slope stability.Combining the two methods to analyse can improve the accuracy of judgment.Under the coupling conditions of earthquake intensity 8 and rainfall, the slope is in a state of failure and instability. The analysis shows that under the condition of the same total rainfall and earthquake intensity, the initial safety factor of short-duration heavy rainfall is the smallest, and the minimum average safety factor is also the smallest after experiencing the earthquake action, and the relative decline amplitude is the lowest, but the safety factor decline rate of long-duration weak rainfall is greater.
