10 kV配电网带电断接空载电缆连接引线作业方法模拟研究

以带电断、接空载电缆连接引线作业这一最具特点的10 kV电力电缆不停电作业项目作为典型,分析在该作业过程中出现暂态操作过电压、过电流的机理,利用ATP-EMTP(alternative transient program-electromagnetic transient program)软件建立不同操作条件下10 kV配电网的仿真模型,计算带电断、接架空线路与空载电缆连接引线操作中暂态和稳态的电气特征量,进一步分析带电断、接架空线路与空载电缆连接引线的可推广性,并提出安全规程和风险防控重点,最后利用虚拟现实技术对其作业过程进行模拟,验证了此操作要求的可行性和安全性,为10 kV带电断、接空载电缆连接引线作业项目的开展提供了理论依据,为进一步提升配电网带电作业化率奠定基础.
Simulation research on the operation method of live breaking or connecting of no-load and connecting lead cable in 10 kV distribution network
Live breaking and connecting no-load power cable lead operation,which is the most characteristic 10 kV non-power outage operation project,is taken as a typical example to analyze the mechanism of transient operating overvoltage and overcurrent in the operation process.The simulation model of 10 kV distribution network under different operating conditions is established by using ATP-EMTP software,and the transient and steady electrical characteristic values during the operation of the live breaking or connecting no-load cables and the connecting lead of overhead lines are calculated.The feasibility to promote of live breaking or connecting of no-load cable and overhead line connecting lead and is further analyzed,and the safety operation procedures and risk prevention and control key points are put forward.Finally,virtual reality technology is used to simulate the operation process,and the feasibility and safety of this operation requirement are verified.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of 10 kV live breaking or connecting non-loaded cable lead connection operation project,and lays a foundation for further improving the live operation rate of distribution network.
