A comprehensive evaluation method for the ability of overhaul without power interruption for 10 kV overhead lines
Aiming at the current situation that there are few researches on the evaluation methods for the ability of overhaul without power interruption for 10 kV overhead lines,and it has little significance for practical engineering guidance,an evaluation system from two aspects of actual engineering construction and typical design schemes is established and an evaluation system of ability of overhaul without power interruption for 10 kV overhead lines is proposed,which includes gap size,space environment and operation level.According to the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of the relevant indicators at all levels are determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to comprehensively evaluate the ability of overhaul without power interruption for 10 kV overhead lines,and the evaluation and classification of three levels of"excellent""good"and"poor"for the difficulty of overhaul without power interruption of 10 kV distribution network are completed,which is conducive to accurately and efficiently guiding the development of overhaul without power interruption according to scientific theory.
