BIM-based schedule optimization of construction energy consumption balance in prefabricated building
Integrating the energy consumption balance project scheduling problem in the construction phase of prefabricated building and the actual construction schedule management requirements,a construction schedule optimization model based on the building information model(BIM)and the hybrid evolutionary algorithm under the network schedule plan is proposed.The network schedule is used as the carrier of construction schedule management,in which the building information model is used to deal with the quantification of energy consumption in the construction of prefabricated buildings,and the hybrid evolutionary algorithm is used to deal with the problem of energy consumption balance in the construction of prefabricated buildings.The energy consumption balance of non-critical tasks is proposed as the construction schedule optimization method.Programming with python language can quickly and accurately obtain the construction schedule with balanced energy consumption.The results show that the construction schedule optimization method can effectively quantify the construction energy consumption and carry out balanced optimization,and provide schedule management decision support for managers.
