摘要

在我国能源领域"双碳"目标的引领下,电网呈现低碳化发展趋势,因此需要构建更加全面的综合评价体系进行低碳化电网运营水平的综合评价.提出了一种基于合作博弈与改进理想解法的低碳化电网运营水平综合评价方法.首先,考虑低碳化电网运营的影响因素,提出了包括安全与可靠性、经济性、灵活性、适应性和环保性的多级低碳化电网运营水平评价指标体系;其次,通过基于合作博弈的最优组合赋权法确定各指标的组合权重,并采用指数型变权函数对组合权重进行调整;最后,以某地区实际电网运营数据为算例,采用改进理想解法进行运营水平综合评价,结果表明所提方法可准确、合理地评价低碳化电网的运营水平,有助于指导低碳化电网的规划决策.

Abstract

Led by the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutral in energy field of China,the power grid is showing a low-carbon development trend,and it is necessary to build a more comprehensive evaluation system for the comprehensive evaluation of the low-carbon power grid operation level.A comprehensive evaluation method of low-carbon power grid operation level based on cooperative game and improved ideal solution is proposed.First,considering the influencing factors of low-carbon power grid operation,a multi-level low-carbon power grid operation level evaluation index system including safety and reliability,economy,flexibility,adaptability and environmental protection is proposed.Secondly,the optimal combination weighting method based on cooperative game is used to determine the combined weight of each indicator,and an exponential variable weight function is used to adjust the combination weight.Finally,taking the actual grid operation data of a certain area as an example,the improved ideal solution method is used to comprehensively evaluate the operation level.The results show that the proposed method can accurately and reasonably evaluate the operation level of low-carbon power grids,which is helpful to guide the planning and decision-making of low-carbon power grids.
