Prediction and optimization of voltage sag tolerance characteristics of full-bridge switching power supply
Switching power supply is widely used as the working or control power supply for household and industrial electronic equipment because of its high integration,light weight,high efficiency and low power consumption.However,switching power supply is a kind of typical device that is sensitive to voltage dip,and the voltage dip affects the normal operation and even causes enormous losses.Focusing on improving the tolerance of switching power supply to voltage dips,the full-bridge switching power supply is selected as the research object.Based on the in-depth analysis of its working principle and the mechanism affected by voltage dips,a prediction method of voltage dips tolerance characteristics and a low-cost and simple parameter optimization scheme of switching power supply are proposed,namely,by optimizing the turn ratio of high-frequency transformer,the adjustment range of the switching tube duty cycle is increased,so as to improve the tolerance to voltage dips.Finally,the PLECS platform simulation results and engineering application examples are used to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed scheme.
