绝缘手套工频耐压试验仿真及其试验周期改进研究

随着不停电作业的快速发展,绝缘手套的使用越来越频繁,但在绝缘手套的工频耐压试验中,手套的手腕上部易出现绝缘损坏的情况.对此建立了绝缘手套工频耐压试验的仿真模型,对试验过程中水的电导率、电极大小及位置、手套内壁湿润程度、试验间隔等因素进行了分析.得出如下结论:手套内壁湿润,则电场不均匀程度增加,手套更易出现沿面闪络;在水的电导率较高时,电极大小和位置对试验影响微弱.最后,提出了利用球形电极替换圆柱状电极、保证试验中手套内壁干燥的改进方法,并将试验周期改进为基于模糊综合评价的手套绝缘状态动态周期.
Study on power frequency voltage withstand test simulation and test period improvement of insulating gloves
With the rapid development of live working,insulation gloves are used more and more frequently,but in the power frequency withstand voltage test of insulating gloves,the upper wrist of the glove is prone to insulation damage.In this paper,a simulation model of power frequency voltage resistance test of insulating gloves was established to analyze the water conductivity,the size and position of electrode,the wetting degree of glove inner wall,the test interval and other factors during the test.The results show that when the inner wall of the glove is wet,the uneven degree of electric field increases and the glove is more prone to flashover along the surface.In addition,under the condition of higher water conductivity,the electrode size and position have little influence on the experiment.Finally,an improved method of replacing cylindrical electrode with spherical electrode is proposed to ensure the drying of the inner wall of gloves in the experiment.The test cycle is improved to be dynamic cycle of glove insulation state based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
