Comprehensive evaluation of vacuum circuit breaker health based on high dimensional random matrix and radar chart
A comprehensive health assessment method of vacuum circuit breaker based on high dimensional random matrix and radar chart method is proposed in this paper. The test data sample is extended by stochastic perturbation and Kalman filter to build a high-dimensional random matrix.According to the properties of high-dimensional random matrices, the single-ring law is used to observe the changes of multiple characteristic parameters test data in order to judge whether the health level of vacuum circuit breaker is required to be assessed. The change trend of the mean spectral radius relative to the test data of each characteristic parameter is obtained from the proposed memory separation window. Each characteristic parameter is unified to the mean spectral radius with the same scale as a comprehensive health assessment index so as to ensure the objectivity of the influence of each characteristic parameter on the overall health of the vacuum circuit breaker. The health level evaluation radar chart of vacuum circuit breaker is drawn by using the mean spectral radius ratio, and a mathematical evaluation model is proposed based on the absolute deviation sum of mean spectral radius ratio and the ratio of area to solve the problem that there are many evaluation objects and the unbalanced development of each characteristic parameter. The application examples show that the method can accurately and effectively observe the substantial changes of the characteristic parameter test data and avoid the subjectivity and blindness of human judgment.By using the mean spectral radius as the overall health level evaluation index of the vacuum circuit breaker, the impact of each characteristic parameter on the health of the vacuum circuit breaker can be evaluated on the same scale, which makes the overall health level evaluation results of vacuum circuit breaker more scientific and objective.
