Study on equivalent calculation method of the internal temperature field of concrete full containment tank
In the case of fire or leakage,the internal temperature field of concrete full containment tank changes very complicatedly,and the internal temperature field directly affects the temperature field of the concrete outer tank.In order to evaluate the temperature field of concrete outer tank accurately,the influence of the internal temperature field should be considered.This paper proposes an equivalent calculation method for approximating the internal temperature field,which treats the internal temperature field approximately as a one-dimensional heat transfer problem,and solves the approximate solution in real time.According to the approximate solution of the internal temperature field,the heat exchange between the internal temperature field and the concrete outer tank is equivalent to the convective heat transfer boundary,and the influence of internal temperature field on concrete external tank is considered dynamically.Compared with the fire experiment,the results show that the method is effective and feasible.By analysing the fire temperature field of the concrete outer tank,the results show that the method not only simplifies the calculation of the internal temperature field,but also ensures the accuracy of the calculation of the temperature field of the concrete outer tank,which can provide an objective and accurate basis for engineering design.
