预制混凝土夹心板受力分析及内外叶组合作用

由于内外叶组合作用,部分组合预制混凝土夹心板具有墙板厚度小、施工效率高等优点,但目前并没有计算部分组合夹心板内力和变形的解析方法.将连接件匀质化为连续的连接层,考虑连接层的面外方向变形和剪切变形,建立结构基本方程,通过理论推导得到混凝土夹心板内外叶的内力和变形计算公式,并通过有限元软件ABAQUS对混凝土夹心板内外叶内力和挠度解析式进行了验证,验证结果表明所推导的公式具有较高的精度.基于混凝土夹心板内外叶的内力和挠度,可进一步推出混凝土夹心板组合系数解析式.研究结果表明,混凝土夹心板组合系数随连接层剪切刚度Ks的增大而增大,当Ks很小时,夹心板可视为非组合板;当Ks很大时,夹心板可视为完全组合板.
Force analysis of precast concrete sandwich plate and combined action of inner and outer wythes
Due to the combination effect of inner and outer blades,partial composite precast concrete sandwich plate has the advantages of small wall thickness and high construction efficiency,but there is no analytical method to calculate the internal force and deformation of the partial composite sandwich plate.The connectors are homogenized into a continuous connecting layer,and the out-of-plane deformation and shear deformation of the connecting layer are considered to establish the basic equations of the structures.The calculation formula of internal force and deformation of the inner and outer blades of concrete sandwich plate is obtained through theoretical derivation,and the analytical formula of internal force and deflection of the inner and outer blades of the concrete sandwich plate are verified by the finite element software ABAQUS,and the verification shows that the deduced formula has high precision.Based on the internal force and deflection of the inner and outer blades of concrete sandwich plate,the analytical formula of the combination coefficient of the concrete sandwich plate can be further derived.The analysis results show that the combination coefficient of the concrete sandwich plate increases with the increase of shear stiffness(Ks)of the connecting layer.When Ks is very small,the sandwich plate can be regarded as a non-composite plate,and when Ks is very large,the sandwich plate can be regarded as a fully composite plate.
