基于ANSYS的传感器尺寸适用电场最小空间关系仿真研究

摘要
工频电场测量传感器在狭小空间中引起的电场畸变会改变原始电场分布,导致测量误差较大.建立传感器与被测空间尺寸关系的仿真模型,定义畸变影响评估指标.采用ANSYS软件对传感器尺寸与适用测量的最小空间尺寸关系进行仿真,分析传感器尺寸对电场畸变的影响.对不同传感器尺寸下的被测电场空间尺度进行仿真分析,通过对仿真结果进行趋势拟合,得到传感器尺寸与适用测量的最小空间尺寸的定量关系表达式.
Abstract
The electric field distortion caused by the power frequency electric field measurement sensor in a narrow space can change the original electric field distribution,leading to a large measurement error.A simu-lation model for the relationship between sensor size and the size of the measured space is established,and the distortion impact assessment indicators is defined.ANSYS software is used to simulate the relationship between the sensor size and the minimum spatial size suitable for measurement,and the influence of the sensor size on the electric field distortion is analyzed.The spatial scale of the measured electric field under different sensor sizes is simulated and analyzed.Through the trend fitting of the simulation results,the quantitative relationship expression between the sensor size and the minimum spatial size applicable to measurement is finally obtained.
