Application of rehabilitation therapy in military patients with hyperlipidemia and its effect on macrophage tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6
Objective To investigate the application of rehabilitation therapy in military patients with hyperlipidemia and its effect o on macrophage tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods A total of 124 military hyperlipidemia patients from May 2021 to January 2023 in Chongqing Municipal Corps Hospital of Chinese People's Armed Police Force were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,62 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the research group applied rehabilitation therapy on this basis. The compliance of the two groups and the changes of blood lipid levels(TG,LDL-C,TC,HDL-C),inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-α),mental state(SDS and SA)and quality of life score[GQOLI-74 score]before and after intervention were observed and compared. Results The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,HDL-C in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and TG,LDL-C,TC,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,GQOLI-74 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and SDS and SAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation therapy can not only reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and blood lipids, but also im-prove the negative psychological state of the patients, improve their compliance and quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
