摘要
目的 调查驻广西某部官兵红火蚁危害情况,为制定科学防制措施提供依据.方法 采用随机抽样的方式,选取2022-06 至2023-06 驻广西某部官兵1903 例,均为男性.采用问卷调查的方法,对官兵被红火蚁蜇伤发生率、叮咬部位、就诊情况进行统计分析.结果 共收回有效问卷 1835 份,受访官兵平均年龄(23.20±2.75)岁.共有 881 例(48.01%)发生红火蚁蜇伤,多发生在训练及劳动中;症状以皮肤红肿、瘙痒为主,其中 15 例(1.70%)发生过敏性休克.红火蚁蜇伤后就诊率67.08%(591/881),蜇伤部位以四肢伤较多,其中手部伤 818 例,占 92.85%.结论 驻广西某部红火蚁蜇伤发生率较高,应加强红火蚁的防制工作.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the hazard of red fire ants in a military unit in Guangxi and to provide basis for scientific prevention and control measures.Methods By random sampling,a total of 1903 male officers and soldiers stationed in Guangxi from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected.By means of questionnaire survey,the stinging rate,bite site and medical treatment were statis-tically analyzed.Results A total of 1835 valid questionnaires were collected,andthe average age of officers and soldiers was(23.20±2.75)years old.A total of 881 cases(48.01%)were stung by red fire ants,most of which occurred in training and labor.The main symptoms were skin swelling,pruritus,and anaphylactic shock occurred in 15 cases(1.70%).The diagnosis rate of red fire ant stings was 67.08%(591/881).Most of the stings were to limbs,of which 818 were to hands,accounting for 92.85%.Conclusions The in-cidence of red fire ant stings in Guangxi autonomous region is high,so the prevention and control of red fire ants should be strength-ened.
