Effects of combined cardiopulmonary rehabilitation on blood lipids and cardiopulmonary function in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy
Objective To investigate the effects of combined cardiopulmonary rehabilitation on blood lipid and cardiopulmo-nary function in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional treatment. Methods A total of 180 patients with coronary ar-tery disease admitted to the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao for interventional therapy from November 2022 to November 2023 were select-ed as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into control group(n=89)and experimental group(n=91).The control group received conventional drug treatment and the experimental group received combined cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. The intervention time was 3 months. The blood lipid level, cardiopulmonary function, motor function, quality of life and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results Post-versus pre-intervention contrast in the two groups,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,FEV/FVC%,FEV1,LVEF,physiological function and pain were significantly improved, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Post-versus pre-intervention in the experimental group,HDL-C self-management ability were improved(P<0.05).And the improvement of various indexes(LDL-C,FEV/FVC%and PEAKVO2)was more obvious in ex-perimental group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Combined cardiopulmonary rehabilitation can reduce blood lipid lev-el,enhance cardiopulmonary function and exercise function, and improve the quality of life of patients after coronary intervention.
