摘要

目的 分析吸烟与男性新兵肾小球高滤过的相关性.方法 横断面研究某部2023 年1898 名男性新兵,依据不同吸烟状态、不同估算肾小球滤过率分类,通过二分类多元logistic回归分析评估对估算肾小球滤过率的影响.结果 单因素分析显示,估算肾小球滤过率与吸烟、吸烟指数、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、心率、红细胞、肌酐存在统计学意义(P<0.05).多元logistic回归分析显示,相比不吸烟者,吸烟与肾小球高滤过独立相关(OR=2.029,95%CI:1.104~3.731),肾小球高滤过概率呈 2 倍以上;较轻度吸烟指数者,重度吸烟指数与估算肾小球滤过率相关(OR=2.497,95%CI:1.010~6.175).结论 吸烟是男性入伍新兵估算肾小球滤过率的影响因素,与肾小球高滤过独立相关.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the correlation between smoking and glomerular hyperfiltration in male recruits.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 1898 male recruits in a military unit in 2023,who were classified according to dif-ferent smoking status and different estimated glomerular filtration rate,and the influence on estimated glomerular filtration rate was e-valuated by binary logistic regression analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that the estimated glomerular filtration rate was sta-tistically significant with smoking,smoking index,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,red blood cell count,and serum creatinine(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that smoking was independently as-sociated with glomerular hyperfiltration compared with non-smokers(OR=2.029,95%CI:1.104-3.731),the probability of glomeru-lar hyperfiltration was more than 2 times.Compared with mild smoking index,heavy smoking index was associated with glomerular hy-perfiltration(OR=2.497,95%CI:1.010-6.175).Conclusions Smoking is an influencing factor in estimating glomerular filtration rate in male recruits and is independently associated with glomerular hyperfiltration.
