Cultivating the Practical Capabilities of Logistics Professionals
The paper first explores the problems with efforts at the cultivation of logistics professional practical capabilities in China and presents its understanding of the situation and possible solutions. More specifically, it suggests that more sophisticated teaching facilities and greater teaching resources should be invested in school-enterprise cooperation; an effective and conducive practical teaching system should be set up; professional training institutions and schools should cooperate in the step-by-step cultivation of practical competence; and a more effective examining practice be developed.
