哈尔滨市钢材物流节点调研及选址研究

为了解决哈尔滨物流节点规划不合理的问题,对哈尔滨钢材物流节点的现状进行了调研并进行了选址研究.采用走访调研法调研了哈尔滨六家钢材市场;采用加权评分法对五处备选地址进行了加权分析.结果表明:哈尔滨钢材市场存在分布集中、各自为营、资源重复、浪费的现象;五处备选地址中,最佳位置依次是禧龙大街、迎宾路集中区、谭家店、成高子镇和联盟.通过对钢材物流节点现状调研和节点选址方案的研究,以期为政府在钢材物流节点规划方面提供借鉴.
Study on Survey and Location Allocation of Steel Logistics Nodes in Harbin
In this paper,we investigated the current status of the steel logistics nodes in Harbin,then by visiting the six steel markets in the city,had a weighted analysis of the five candidates locations,and at the end,identified the existing problems as well as the optimal locations for the steel logistics nodes.
