摘要

考虑回收补贴与碳交易双重政策下由电池生产商和零售商组成的汽车动力电池再制造闭环供应链,构建由生产商主导的集中定价决策模型与分散定价决策模型,采用数值仿真的方法量化分析动力电池梯次利用质量门槛、回收补贴、动力电池再制造碳排放量三种因素对回收价格、供应链利润以及回收价格与销售价格比值的影响.结果表明:集中决策能够带给消费者更低的购买价格和更高的回收价格;梯次利用质量门槛、动力电池再制造碳排放量的降低均会带来回收价格、供应链利润以及回收价格与销售价格比值提高;回收补贴的升高会带来回收价格、供应链利润以及回收价格与销售价格的比值的增加.

Abstract

In this paper,in view of the closed-loop automobile power battery remanufacturing supply chain composed of a battery manufacturer and a retailer under the dual effect of the recycling subsidy policy and the carbon trading policy,we constructed respectively the centralized and decentralized pricing decision-making model of the supply chain with the manufacturer as the leader,and through numerical simulation,analyzed quantitatively the impact of the three factors of quality threshold for power battery cascade utilization,recycling subsidy,and volume of carbon emissions in power battery remanufacturing on recycling price,supply chain profit,and recycling-to-sales price ratio.The result showed that centralized decision-making could achieve lower consumer purchase price and higher recycling price;the quality threshold for cascade utilization and the reduction of carbon emissions in power battery remanufacturing would increase recycling price,supply chain profit,and recycling-to-sales price ratio;and the increase in recycling subsidy would lead to increase in recycling price,supply chain profit,and recycling-to-sales price ratio.
