Construction and Application of Two-level Data Management System in State Grid Supply Chain Operation Center
The construction of data governance system is a complex systematic project,and State Grid is a key enterprise related to national energy security and economy.So,it is of great practical significance to con-struct and apply the data governance system in combination with the supply chain operation mode of State Grid.First of all,by reviewing the status of the two-level supply chain operation center composed of the head-quarter and provincial companies in data management and operation,such as role division,data flow,storage sharing,access restriction and front-end interface display,etc.,we summarized the challenges and problems of the current data management system in data connection and collaboration,access logic and business applica-tion,bottom table association and application development,data management and interactive mechanism,and supply chain data quality management,and put forward relevant countermeasures of the two-level data man-agement for the State Grid supply chain operation center on the four layers of new ideas,new models,new technologies and new scenarios.Secondly,we constructed the two-level data management system of the State Grid Supply chain Operation Center from four aspects,specifically as follows:(1)Based on the supply chain business process,we formed the supply chain business object list,established the supply chain business-database mapping ledger and data label,and generated the unified supply chain business data asset catalog;(2)By setting up the two-level data intercon-nection technical framework of State Grid,clarifying the organizational structure and responsibility range of the two-level collaboration system,and standardizing the two-level data management collaborative process,we established the two-level data management and collaborative governance mechanism for State Grid;(3)We established a three-layer data model covering the whole process of the province-side supply chain,includ-ing the detail wide-table model,the professional model and the application scenario model,for sustained opti-mization;(4)With the supply chain business data map,data catalog,data quality audit management,and self-service tools,we realized the whole-process visual management of the supply chain data.Finally,we carried out practical application of the two-level data management for the"two deposits and one fund"business scenario of Zhejiang Electric Power company,yielding remarkable effect,which showed the ef-fectiveness of the two-level data management system of the supply chain operation center of State Grid.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the establishment of green modern digital intelligence supply chain,the operation of the two-level supply chain operation center and the construction of the two-level data management system of State Grid,and provide practical reference for the construction of data man-agement systems in related industries.
