Research on Construction of Supply Chain Development Theory System with Chinese Characteristics
For a long period of time,the business practices and academic explorations in the field of supply chain management by developed economies represented by the United States,the European Union,and Ja-pan have played an indispensable role in promoting the development and application of the global supply chain theory.At the same time,with the deepening of the Reform and Opening-up and modernization of China,China has successfully achieved economic leaps and development catch-up,and has become a global-ly influential supply chain power.In recent years,in the face of centurial change,the importance of supply chain competitiveness and security has become a consensus in China.Based on the Chinese Supply Chain Practice,learning from foreign supply chain concepts,adapting to changes in world dynamics,and under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Char-acteristics for the New Era,China is embarking on a supply chain development path with Chinese character-istics and has the conditions to build a theoretical system of supply chain development with Chinese charac-teristics.The supply chain development theory with Chinese characteristics is based on the supply chain develop-ment practice of China,and the Chinese development view and worldview in the new era.It coordinates the macro,meso and micro perspectives,development and security,and domestic resources and international layout,and covers supply chain positioning,security,efficiency,smart development,green development,sup-ply chain and economic development,supply chain and innovation,international cooperation,social respon-sibility,competitiveness and national power building,etc.Among them:supply chain positioning is the logi-cal starting point of supply chain development,security and efficiency are the two major goals of supply chain development,digital intelligence and green transformation are two important paths to promote supply chain development,promoting economic development and innovative vitality are the two strategic tasks of supply chain development,enhancing international cooperation and highlighting social responsibility are the international and social responsibilities of the supply chain development in China,and enhancing competi-tiveness and national strength are the strategic requirements and footholds for the development of the supply chain in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the face of centurial changes.
