摘要
基于知识基础理论与动态能力理论,从大数据能力的视角对知识共享、供应链动态能力和供应链创新绩效三者间的关系进行研究,构建了研究模型,并探讨了知识共享和供应链动态能力对供应链创新绩效的作用机理.通过收集200份中国制造企业的问卷数据,采用spss软件对模型进行了验证,实证结果表明,知识共享对供应链创新绩效有正向影响,供应链动态能力对知识共享和供应链创新绩效具有中介作用,大数据能力对知识共享和供应链动态能力具有调节作用.结合制造业企业实际情况提出了管理建议,不仅为中国制造业的供应链创新绩效发展提供了理论层面的参考,也可为其实际操作提供切实可行的指导.
Abstract
With increasingly fierce market competition and diversified customer demands,it has become the consensus of more and more enterprises to enhance their competitive advantages through innovation to realize the comprehensive innovation and upgrading of the entire supply chain.Knowledge is the source of enterprise innovation,and the ability of knowledge acquisition,knowledge creation,knowledge sharing,knowledge communication,and knowledge application has become the key index to measure the competi-tiveness of supply chain enterprises.Knowledge sharing has profound impact both on an enterprise per se and the overall operation of supply chain members upstream and downstream the enterprise.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the relation-ship between knowledge sharing and supply chain innovation performance,as well as the impact of supply chain dynamic capability and big data capability,has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the innovation performance of China's manufacturing supply chain.Firstly,based on the dynamic capability theory,we proposed six hypotheses and constructed the relevant research model.Next,on the basis of an existing mature scale,we made adjustments according to the actual situation to form a questionnaire,and collected valid questionnaires from 200 Chinese manufacturing enter-prises.Then,using software SPSS,we conducted an empirical analysis on the collected data to verify the re-search hypotheses.The result shows that knowledge sharing has positive impact on the innovation performance of the supply chain,which can promote the improvement of the innovation performance of supply chain;supply chain dy-namic capability plays a mediating role between knowledge sharing and supply chain innovation perfor-mance,while big data capability moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing and supply chain dy-namic capability,and the relationship between supply chain dynamic capability and supply chain innovation performance.The above research further complements and improves the relationship between knowledge sharing and supply chain innovation performance,and reveals the mechanism by which manufacturing enterprises im-prove the supply chain dynamic capacity through knowledge sharing,thus affecting supply chain innovation performance.Finally,combined with the actual situation of manufacturing enterprises,we put forward corresponding management suggestions,which not only provide theoretical reference for the development of supply chain innovation performance of China's manufacturing industry,but also provide guidance for its practical opera-tion.
