Analysis of Influencing Factors of Port Service Supply Chain Elasticity Based on DEMATEL-ISM
Port is an important channel for material and information exchange between different areas,which can greatly improve the logistics convenience of the port area and promote the development of re-gional economy.The globalization of production and sales brings opportunities for the development of the port service supply chain,while the complexity of market environment also leads to various risks.In order to prevent supply chain risks and remove the jamming points in the port service supply chain,it is necessary to think from the perspective of supply chain elasticity,and enhance the anti-risk ability and operational elastic-ity of the port service supply chain.Firstly,through literature research,we reviewed the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars on port service supply chain and supply chain elasticity evaluation,etc.On such basis,we analyzed and sorted out the concept of the port service supply chain and port service supply chain elasticity system.Secondly,us-ing literature analysis and expert consultation,we selected 35 factors affecting the elasticity of port service supply chain,and built a system of factors affecting the elasticity of the port service supply chain.Next,using the DEMATEL-ISM method,we calculated the influencing power,influenced degree,centrality and causal-ity of the factors of the elasticity of the port service supply chain,analyzed the importance of the influencing factors in the system,and isolated the key ones,which mainly include development prospect of port hinter-land,level of information sharing among supply chain members,level of informatization of port enterprises,level of information system construction among supply chain members,supply chain financing capacity,sup-ply chain capital flow,resource utilization capacity of port enterprises,scheduling efficiency of port enterpris-es,and response speed of port enterprises.Then,we built an interpretive structure model,divided the influ-encing factors in the system into three hierarchies,namely deep influencing factors,transitional influencing factors and surface influencing factors,analyzed the correlation and logical relationship among each influenc-ing factor,and obtained the mechanism among the influencing factors of the elasticity of the port service sup-ply chain.Finally,based on an analysis of the factors affecting the elasticity of the port service supply chain,we put forward the strategies to improve the elasticity of the port service supply chain from the aspects of in-formation construction,interaction of port hinterlands,port integration,and infrastructure construction.This study is helpful for port service supply chain stakeholders to identify key influencing factors,and can provide reference for improving the operation level,elasticity,anti-risk ability,and sustainability of the port service supply chain.
