粤港澳大湾区新能源汽车产业供应链新质生产力提升研究——以新能源汽车制造商比亚迪为例

从制造产业链出发,通过对相关文献的梳理,选取粤港澳大湾区新能源汽车产业的龙头企业汽车制造商比亚迪进行实证研究,对比国际新能源汽车企业制造商特斯拉,从技术创新和可持续发展、供应链及运营、财务状况等方面进行定性与定量的分析.结合对比分析的结果,提出以新质生产力服务大湾区,提升新能源汽车产业供应链.通过对新能源车供应链上游韧性升级、中游智造升级及下游市场影响力升级进行深入探索,旨在探求粤港澳大湾区新能源汽车产业供应链的上、中、下游创新机制,并提出相应的路径建议,以推动该湾区新能源汽车产业的可持续发展.
Research on Improvement of New Energy Automobile Industry Supply Chain Based on New Quality Productivity in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Taking New Energy Vehicle Manufacturer BYD as Example
Focusing on the manufacturing industry chain and after going over relevant literature,we select-ed BYD,a leading automobile manufacturer in the new energy automobile industry based in the Guang-dong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,to carry out an empirical analysis,and compared it with Tesla,an international new energy automobile company,from three aspects,namely technological innovation and sustainable development,supply chain operation,and financial position.From the perspective of technological innovation and sustainable development,both BYD and Tesla have invested heavily in technological research and development.BYD's research and development expenses in the past three years are higher than its net profit for the same period.Besides,both companies are committed to promoting environmental protection and sustainable development and have played significant roles in green environmental protection such as battery recycling,etc.In terms of supply chain operation,BYD adopts the vertical supply chain model to improve production scheduling,cut down on intermediate links,and form a complete closed loop of the industrial chain,so as to maintain a certain level of competitive edge.On the other hand,Tesla focuses on reducing manufacturing costs and controlling logistics costs such as procurement,transportation and warehousing by employing ad-vanced information technology.Financially,the total revenue and net profit of BYD are lower,with,however,year-on-year growth rate significantly higher,than that of Tesla from 2021 to 2023.Also,BYD is higher than Tesla in terms of debt-to-assets ratio.In 2023,BYD increased research and development efforts,and its capital investment exceed-ed Tesla for the first time.In the past two years,BYD surpassed Tesla in both production and sales.Finally,we proposed the path of upgrading for the new energy automobile industry supply chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the perspective of the new quality productivity:(1)upgrading the upstream resilience of the new energy automobile supply chain,including strengthening poli-cy guidance to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading,and improving the efficiency of information sharing and communication between enterprises to optimize the supply chain collaboration;(2)upgrading middle-stream intelligent manufacturing,such as the innovative allocation of labor and productiv-ity factors to drive scientific and technological innovation,and the training and introduction of advanced tal-ents for collaborative innovation;(3)upgrading downstream market influence,especially focusing on the in-novation of high-end market,enhancing brand loyalty,and improving the green recycling of new energy automobile power battery in the Greater Bay Area.
