Research on Vehicle-cargo Matching in Local Online Freight Platform Considering Tri-party Satisfaction
To solve problems such as lack of cost transparency and uneven distribution of high-quality re-sources within local online freight platforms,in this paper,we first optimized the operation mode of a local network freight platform and aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional order-grabbing mode,we inte-grated the bidding mode, dispatching mode and order-grabbing mode to propose a new vehicle-cargo matching process, which realized more equal and transparent price matching for high-quality vehicle owners with the help of the bidding and order allocation mechanism.Secondly,we introduced a method to calculate the bilateral satisfaction between vehicle owners and ship-pers by calculating the distance between the ideal reference value and the actual evaluation value. In order to quantify the satisfaction of matched parties, using interval triangular fuzzy number and grey correlation analy-sis,we established a comprehensive satisfaction evaluation index system and designed a satisfaction quantifica-tion method based on the needs and preferences of matched shippers and vehicle owners. In said system, the evaluation indexes of shippers'satisfaction include transportation cost, transportation time and vehicle own-ers'credit;the evaluation indexes of vehicle owners'satisfaction include dead heading rate, transportation cost, vehicle utilization rate and shippers'credit;and platform satisfaction is measured by revenue and match-ing rate.Thirdly, aiming at maximizing the satisfaction of the three parties of vehicle owner, platform and shipper,we constructed the one-to-many vehicle-cargo matching model, used the linear weighting method to transform the multi-objective model into a single objective model, and finalized the matching process based on the weights of the three parties. Finally, through a numerical example,it is shown that only considering the satisfaction of the shipper or vehicle owner will lead to lopsided matching;the weighting of platform satisfaction has little effect on the matching results, and the model constructed tends to meet the needs of the other two parties;a sensitivity analysis shows that when the satisfaction weights of the shipper, vehicle owner and platform are respectively set at 0.6,0.3 and 0.1,the most satisfactory matching result can be obtained. The research above not only optimizes the matching process of the local online freight platform, but also sheds light on the weighting of different parties in satisfaction calculation. In the future,we can further con-sider factors such as specific scenarios and path planning, improve the applicability and accuracy of the mod-el,and verify its universality and stability using larger scale data sets.
