Research on Models,Dilemmas,Transformation and Upgrading of Agricultural Products E-commerce Supply Chain
With the rapid development of the digital economy, information technology facilities and trans-portation infrastructure are continuously improving in rural areas and e-commerce has become an important way for agricultural products to enter urban markets and for consumer goods to trickle down to rural villages, which is of particular significance for promoting agricultural modernization, rural development, and increasing farmers'income, making it an important field for the development of the new-quality productivity. The de-velopment of agricultural product e-commerce has profoundly changed the traditional circulation practices of agricultural products, and by innovating and forming modern circulation models, has become an important en-gine and leading force in the development of the rural digital economy. However, the agricultural product e-commerce supply chain system still faces significant bottlenecks, including lack of coordination among various links in the supply chain, weak development sustainability, high product spoilage rate, quality and safety risks, and high costs.Based on an in-depth analysis of three agricultural product e-commerce supply chain models:place of ori-gin e-commerce,platform e-commerce,and live-streaming e-commerce,we summarize existing issues such as insufficient cold chain logistics facilities, bottlenecks in logistics distribution networks, supply chain se-curity risks, and low product added value, and propose that differentiated transformation and upgrading strat-egies should be implemented for different e-commerce models.More specifically,we recommend that un-der the place of origin e-commerce model,we should strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics in-frastructure,provide support to the construction of place of origin warehouses, enhance the sorting capabili-ties at the place of origin, and support the construction of primary processing facilities at the place of origin;under the platform e-commerce model,we should enhance the application of new technologies, strengthen the support for the standardization and digitization of agricultural products, and enhance the connection of interests with the place of origin;under the live-streaming e-commerce model,we should support new shared supply chain models to achieve optimal resource allocation and sharing, create one-stop service sys-tems,and promote the close connection between the production and sales ends. For the transformation and development of rural areas in the context of the digital economy, agricultural product e-commerce plays an increasingly more important role.By taking measures such as strengthening place of origin logistics standardization, effectively building regional agricultural product supply chain brands, and enhancing supply chain quality management,we can promote the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural product e-commerce supply chains.Sustainable development can be achieved through strength-ening the regulatory management and top-level design of the agricultural product e-commerce business,en-hancing the construction of e-commerce supply chain infrastructure and service systems, and creating a fa-vorable business running environment and a regulated market competition order, which can not only ex-pand the market for agricultural products and increase farmers'income, but also drive the upgrading and sus-tainable development of the agricultural industry, contributing to addressing the"agriculture, rural area and farmer"issues and advancing rural revitalization.
