基于新质生产力的我国绿色物流发展多元路径研究

物流业肩负着落实国家"双碳"目标的重要使命,迫切需要加快绿色物流发展进程.为加快绿色物流发展进程,从新质生产力的视角,在采用超效率SBM-Malmquist模型测算2018-2022年我国绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)的基础上,利用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),从劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象三个维度出发,探究受教育程度、基础设施、数字化发展、科技创新、绿色环保、产业结构6个影响因素对我国绿色物流发展的影响机制.研究发现:(1)必要性检验表明绿色物流发展效率并非由单一条件变量导致;(2)高绿色物流发展组态路径表明存在四条高水平发展路径.
Research on Diversified Development Paths of Green Logistics in China Based on New-quality Productivity
In the face of severe global climate change,"carbon peaking and neutrality"have become the common goal for countries of the world today.Currently,green logistics in China is challenged by issues such as inadequate policy and regulatory system,weak infrastructure,insufficient technological support,and lack of public awareness.However,new-quality productivity,for its ability to achieve optimized scheduling and efficient management of resources thereby reducing energy consumption and pollution,opens up new opportunities for the development of the green logistics concept.To accelerate the development of green logistics,from the perspective of new-quality productivity,we use the super-efficiency SBM-Malmquist model to measure the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of China for the period from 2018 to 2022.From the three dimensions of worker,means of labor materials,and object of labor,using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),we explore the acting mechanisms of the influence of six influencing factors,including education level,infrastructure,digital development,tech-nological innovation,environmental protection,and industrial structure,on the development of green logis-tics in China.The research findings indicate that:(1)the development efficiency of green logistics in 30 prov-inces and cities in China shows an overall upward but significantly region-differentiated trend from 2018 to 2022;(2)the development efficiency of green logistics is the result of the synergistic effect of multiple factors;(3)two paths for improvement,namely the talent-transportation path and the transportation-digital econo-my path,along with their sub-paths,have been clarified.On such basis,the following insights are drawn:(1)The government should increase investment in education to cultivate professionals in green logistics,strengthen transportation infrastructure in central and western China,and work on environmental protection regulations and policies;besides,it should promote intelligent and green transportation,facilitate the integra-tion of the digital economy with the logistics industry,and support the development of green low-carbon in-dustries.(2)Logistics enterprises should attract and retain talents and practice green development leveraging local transportation advantages.It should actively participate in the construction of intelligent transportation systems,adjust business structures to take advantage of favorable policies,integrate into green supply chains,and enhance green competitiveness,thereby jointly promoting the sustainable and healthy development of green logistics in China.
