低碳环境下新能源汽车供应链技术创新合作减排决策

低碳背景下,以原材料供应商、整车制造商和经销商组成的三级新能源汽车供应链为研究对象,探讨供应链技术创新合作减排问题,考虑低碳水平和产品声誉的动态性,根据供应链企业技术创新合作情况,构建集中、分散和收益共享与成本分担契约微分博弈模型,并求解三种情形下的技术创新博弈策略,通过数值分析探讨契约对供应链的协调效果,从而为新能源汽车供应链技术创新合作减排的动态协调研究提供理论依据.研究发现:技术创新集中博弈有效实现供应链各成员决策和利润最优;技术创新水平越高,越有利于企业获得更高的利润;收益共享与成本分担契约可以有效协调供应链技术创新合作减排,实现供应链成员和系统利润的帕累托改进.
Decision-making on Technological Innovation and Cooperative Emission Reduction in Supply Chain of New Energy Vehicles in Low-carbon Environment
Under the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,low-carbon economy has become an important trend of industrial development in China.As one of the pillar industries of Chinese economy,the automobile industry is of great significance for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and realiz-ing the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.New energy vehicles have many advantages such as en-ergy conservative,emission economical and environmental friendly,which is conducive to increasing finan-cial returns and ecological benefits,and is an important way to achieve low-carbon transformation of the au-tomobile industry.In the context of low-carbon development,taking the three-level new energy vehicle supply chain com-posed of a raw material supplier,vehicle manufacturer and dealer as the research object,we discussed the is-sue of technological innovation and cooperative emission reduction in the supply chain.Next,we intro-duced the price plus method to describe the price relationship among the three parties,took low carbon level and product reputation as state variables,and according to the technological innovation cooperation of enter-prises in the supply chain,built a differential game model under three situations of centralized decision-mak-ing,decentralized decision-making and benefit-sharing and cost-sharing contract cooperation.Then,using the optimal control theory,we obtained the optimal trajectories and profit of technological innovation deci-sion,low-carbon level and product reputation under the three situations.Through a numerical analysis,we discussed the coordination effect of contract on the supply chain,so as to provide a theoretical basis for stuy-ing the dynamic coordination of technological innovation and cooperation emission reduction in the supply chain of new energy vehicles.The research result shows that from the perspective of supply chain technology innovation,centralized de-cision-making is the best choice,but it is difficult to achieve in reality.Instead,the benefit-sharing and cost-sharing contract can promote the Pareto improvement of technological innovation input of each member of the supply chain so as to effectively coordinate the supply chain.In this paper we mainly analyzed the issue of emission reduction of a new energy vehicle supply chain through low-carbon technology innovation cooperation under decentralized decision-making,centralized decision-making and contract coordination respectively.Future research can consider the decision-making situation where the supplier,manufacturer or distributor cooperates with one party while compete for profit with another party,or extend the research scope to cover multiple manufacturers to provide a horizontal an-gel on the joint efforts of supply chain enterprises in emission reduction through technological innovation.
