Research on Integrated Development of Urban and Rural Areas through Digital E-commerce Logistics Coordination:A New-quality Productivity Perspective with Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as Example
Taking 2020 as the key time node and selecting 123 county-level units in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle as the research objects,we discussed the acting mechanism of digital e-com-merce logistics as a type of new-quality productivity in the coordination of urban-rural integration develop-ment in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by adopting the coupling coordination degree model,correlation analysis and geographic detector analysis.The research results show that the structural effect,multiplier effect,and growth effect of digital e-com-merce logistics are significantly related to agricultural productivity and industrial structure upgrading,and closely related to the development of the secondary and tertiary industries.Meanwhile,its pull effect is signifi-cantly related to the growth of per capita disposable income of urban-rural residents,the narrowing of in-come gaps,and the process of urbanization.At the same time,the structural effect,multiplication effect,and pull effect of digital e-commerce logistics are significant driving factors for the spatial differentiation of ur-ban-rural integrated development,and they act both independently and in combination in this process,which enhances our ability to understand the spatial differentiation of regional gross domestic product.Then,we classified and summarized the research objects by province(municipality directly under the central gov-ernment),city,cluster and administrative region,and found that there were significant gaps among them.Based on the above research,we proposed the following recommendations.Firstly,we should strengthen the structure effect of digital e-commerce logistics,and improve agricultural production efficiency and indus-trial structure;secondly,we should give full play to the multiplication effect of digital e-commerce logistics to promote the development of the secondary and tertiary industries;thirdly,we should stimulate the growth effect of digital e-commerce logistics to accelerate the development of tertiary industry and digital finance;and finally,we should integrate various effects to stimulate urban-rural residents'income growth and the new urbanization process,narrow the urban-rural gap,and promote coordinated regional development.
