长期以来,可持续发展理念一直是社会关注的重要问题.然而,随着2015年可持续发展目标的确立,在COVID-19大流行的变革性影响下,可持续发展理念的重要性更为显著,而供应链管理已成为注重可持续性发展的关键领域.目前,将可持续性,尤其是环境因素纳入供应链学术和实践性的研究越来越多,在对现有研究文献进行总结分析的基础上,将供应链可视性、韧性和稳健性作为探讨GSCMP与企业绩效之间关系的无形资源,以增强GSCMP对企业组织绩效的有效性.采用同时融合资源基础视角理论和利益相关者理论的双重理论框架,构建了探讨供应链可视性、弹性和稳健性在GSCMP与企业组织绩效之间链式中介作用的概念模型.随之对英国一家制造公司的318名员工进行调研,并通过偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)对数据进行分析,揭示了GSCMP与企业组织绩效之间的正向直接关系,以及可视性和稳健性在其中的链式中介效应,其研究结果对该领域的学者和从业者都具有重要参考价值.
Abstract
The concept of sustainability has long been a significant concern for the society,albeit in vari-ous forms.However,its importance has intensified following the establishment of the Sustainable Develop-ment Goals in 2015 and the transformative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.Within the realm of busi-ness operations,supply chain management has emerged as a critical area where the urgency for sustainability is particularly pronounced.The academic and practical understanding of the complexities involved in inte-grating sustainability,especially environmental considerations,into supply chains is still in development.This research sought to elucidate the influence of Green Supply Chain Management Practices(GSCMP)on busi-ness performance,aiming to meet stakeholder expectations in alignment with stakeholder theory.It also ex-plored the synergistic relationship among the intangible supply chain resources of visibility,resilience,and ro-bustness,as they relate to GSCMP and performance,in accordance with the Resource-Based View(RBV)theory.The investigation posed correspondingly two research questions and analyzed data from 318 manu-facturing firms in the UK.In addressing the first research question regarding the effect of GSCMP on the business performance of manufacturing entities,we scrutinized a series of direct relationships that elucidate the connection between these two pivotal variables.The findings revealed that GSCMP not only exerts a positive influence on performance but also enhances visibility,resilience,and robustness,with robustness demonstrating a direct and favorable effect on performance.A more comprehensive perspective was provid-ed by confirming that visibility positively influences both resilience and robustness,although it does not di-rectly affect performance.Additionally,it was determined that resilience does not have a direct impact on performance.In response to the second research question,which aimed to explore the logical and sequential integration of the intangible supply chain resources—visibility,resilience,and robustness—we tested two seri-al mediation hypotheses.The results confirmed that the appropriate integration of these resources occurs sequentially through visi-bility and robustness between GSCMP and business performance.The study reveals a positive direct relation-ship between GSCMP and performance,as well as a serial mediating effect of visibility and robustness.The implications of our findings are significant for both scholars and practitioners in the field.
