基于Critic-Topsis的城市低碳物流发展能力研究

为应对全球性气候问题,我国在联合国大会上提出碳达峰、碳中和的"双碳"目标.数据显示,物流行业的能源消耗量占比超过 20%,政府和企业愈发重视低碳物流的发展.基于此,文章以北京、上海、重庆、天津四市为例,构建评价城市低碳物流发展水平的指标体系,运用 Critic-Topsis方法求出各评价指标的权重并对四市的低碳物流发展能力进行评分,最后基于研究结果对各城市低碳物流的发展提出了一些建议.
In response to global climate issues,China put for-ward the"dual carbon"goal of carbon peak and carbon neu-trality at the United Nations General Assembly.Data show that the energy consumption of the logistics industry accounts for more than 20%,and governments and enterprises are paying more and more attention to the development of low-carbon lo-gistics.Based on this,this paper takes Beijing,Shanghai,Chongqing and Tianjin as examples,constructs an index sys-tem to evaluate the development level of low-carbon logistics in cities,uses the Critic-Topsis method to find the weight of each evaluation index and scores the low-carbon logistics de-velopment capacity of the four cities,and finally puts forward some suggestions for the development of low-carbon logistics in each city based on the research results.
