With the globalization of economic development and the continuous advancement of information technology,e-commerce and new retail model have redefined the traditional supply chain and logistics processes by integrating online and offline resources,which makes logistics management no longer confined to the operation within a single organisation,but extend to the vision of cross-organisational collaboration.This new business model requires deeper integration and collaboration among the participants in the supply chain to cope with the rapid changes in market demand and the diversity of consumer behaviour.Therefore,this paper discusses the challenges and solutions of cross-organisational innovation in logistics management and conducts a case study,in order to provide theoretical suggestions for cross-organisational innovation in logistics management.
