摘要

随着长三角绿色数字经济的蓬勃兴起,江苏省物流发展正式步入高质量增长的快车道,尤其是在韧性物流引领低碳转型上构筑了全新的优势.因此,文章透过长三角绿色数字经济发展视角,先从政策梳理和理论探讨入手,选择物流业能源环境、物流业产业规模、物流业基础设施及物流企业发展水平四个维度来构建韧性物流引领低碳转型效果评价指标体系;进而采用因子分析法进行实证研究,发现问题并据此设计新时期江苏韧性物流引领低碳转型的创新路径.

Abstract

With the booming development of green digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta,logistics development in Jiangsu Province has officially entered the fast lane of high-quality growth,especially in building new advantages in leading low-carbon transformation with resilient logistics.Therefore,this article starts with policy analysis and theoretical exploration from the perspective of the development of green digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta.It selects four dimensions:the energy environment of the logistics industry,the scale of the logistics industry,the infrastructure of the logistics industry,and the development level of logistics enterprises to construct an evaluation index system for the effect of resilient logistics leading low-carbon transformation.Furthermore,this article adopts factor analysis method for empirical research,identifies problems,and designs innovative paths for Jiangsu Province's low-carbon transformation led by resilient logistics in the new era.
