A Multi-objective Path Optimization Problem for Crowdsourced Logistics Considering Customer
Aiming at the problem that traditional logistics goal planning model can't tap customer time preference,a logistics path optimization model based on customer time sensitivity is proposed to meet the needs of crowdsourcing logistics to expand market share and enhance competitiveness of the industry. In the model, the deviation degree between different customers'arrival time and customer expectation is taken as time-sensitive information, and the fuzzy membership function is introduced to explore the relationship between customer time preference and customer satisfaction, and a dual-objective path optimization model with mini-mum comprehensive cost and maximum customer satisfaction is constructed. At the same time, the Elitist Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ)with elite strategy is designed to solve the simulation example and the experimental analysis is carried out according to the difference of customers'time sensitivity. It provides a theoretical basis for the crowdsourcing logistics platform to optimize the distribution scheme decision.
