With the rapid development of information technol-ogy and logistics technology,the types and scale of e-com-merce products are constantly expanding.The online review data of online shopping has shown an explosive growth trend,and online review has become a hot spot of attention.This paper takes masks,disinfectant,hand sanitizer and other pro-tective products from Jingdong platform as examples,analyzes the factors affecting customer satisfaction through word fre-quency analysis,emotional tendency classification and theme modeling technology,and puts forward suggestions.The experi-mental results show that consumers are most concerned about the price,quality,use effect and logistics speed of protective equipment.The conclusions of this study can provide refer-ence for protective equipment to maintain brand image,im-prove business strategy,improve service quality,and improve logistics services.
