Research on Building the Capability Framework of Intelligent Financial Talents in Logistics Enterprises under the Background of Digital Economy
Emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,mobile internet,cloud computing,internet of things,and blockchain are developing rapidly,and the digital economy is playing a huge role in all walks of life and affecting the way people live.The digital transformation of logistics enterprises is an important part of the digital economy.This paper analyzes the development status of logistics enterprises from the financial perspective,and concludes that there are problems such as high financing cost,difficult cost accounting and lack of intelligent financial talents in the process of digital transformation of lo-gistics enterprises.Therefore,based on the cultivation of intelli-gent financial talents,this paper analyzes how financial talents build a capability framework under the background of digital e-conomy,so as to help the digital transformation of logistics en-terprises.
