Research on Safety Supervision Measures of Railway Passenger Transport Oriented to Public Transport Operation under the Background of Regional Integration
The safety of railway passenger transport is the lifeline of its high efficient operation.Under the background of regional integration,the continuous improvement of railway,especially the high-speed railway network,has presented a trend of public transportation operation,which has put forward new challenges to the traditional supervision.On the basis of summarizing the cur-rent situation of safety supervision of railway passenger transportation,new demands and challenges brought by public transporta-tion operation was analyzed,which are in aspects of platform space,security check of luggage passengers taking at entrance,train operation organization,and passenger flow organization when entrancing the station.Furthermore,the corresponding regulatory countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of system methods,daily regulatory schemes,special event plans and so on,which can provide decision-making reference for the competent authorities of the railway transportation.
