Analysis and Control of Supply Chain Risk Propagation with Different Susceptibilities
The propagation of supply chain risks poses a serious threat to the stable operation of the supply chain.Therefore,in-depth analysis of its propagation patterns and the design of effective control strategies based on them are of great significance for enhancing the stability of the supply chain.Based on the reality of different types and sizes of enterprises in the supply chain, this paper analyzes the different susceptibility of different enterprises to the same risk, that is,their ability to resist risk is different.Based on the propagation dynamics,a supply chain risk propagation study considering different susceptibility is con-structed,and stability theory is used to analyze the basic regeneration coefficient of risk propagation, the global stability of risky equilibrium points and risk-free equilibrium points, and the conditions for delayed outbreak phenomena.A switching control strat-egy combining feedback control and finite time control is proposed to simulate the process of changing supply chain policies.Fi-nally,considering the occurrence of quality risks in the supply chain and the different susceptibility of two types of enterprises to quality risks, simulations were conducted, and the simulation results verified the effectiveness of the proposed theorem.Compared to traditional approaches that consider supply chain enterprises to have the same susceptibility to risk, the model proposed in this paper can better describe the dynamic behavior of actual supply chain risks and provide decision-making theoretical support for supply chain decision-makers.
