Digitization and intelligence have significantly advanced the development of new business disciplines.As a core course for most management majors in universities,the effectiveness of operations management teaching directly influences the quality of talent cultivation.This article focuses on the operation management course as the research subject and applies the CDIO concept to propose a comprehensive set of innovative teaching mode strategies and practical measures across the stages of conception,de-sign,implementation,and operation of the course.By dynamically tracking student feedback,the teaching modes can be continu-ously improved and optimized to align with contemporary needs and student demands.These innovative teaching strategies may al-so serve as a reference and source of inspiration for the innovation of teaching modes in other management courses.
