Research on the Reform of Talent Training Model for Logistics Management in the Context of Industry Education Integration and School Enterprise Cooperation under the"1+X"Certificate
The proposal of the"1+X"certificate system has deepened the integration of industry and education,as well as school enterprise cooperation in China's vocational education.In order to improve the high-quality development of vocational education,this article conducts reform research on the training mode of logistics management professionals under the integra-tion of industry and education and school enterprise coopera-tion.It proposes to strengthen the construction of"dual teach-er"teams and enhance the scientific research ability of teach-ers;based on the"1+X"system,innovate training models;joint training and cultivation between schools and enterprises to enhance the quality of"1+X";exploring the reform path of"job course competition certification"and promoting the inte-gration of documents and certificates provides favorable sup-port for cultivating high-quality logistics skilled talents.
