Research on the Construction of Modern Logistics Management Talent Cultivation Model Based on Industry-oriented Colleges
Modern apprenticeship has become an important way of talent cultivation for vocational colleges,providing a good model for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel.It is also an important content of modern industrial academies.However,there are indeed some problems in the pilot project of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation in the logistics management major.Based on the analysis of these problems,this paper proposes how to build a modern appren-ticeship talent cultivation model for cooperative education be-tween schools and enterprises in logistics management major,providing a talent cultivation model for enriching the construc-tion of modern industrial academies.
