新疆高职专业结构与区域产业结构契合度研究

摘要
专业结构与产业结构相互契合是推动区域经济发展的必要条件.本文分析近三年新疆专业结构与产业结构现状,研究发现:第一产业、第三产业高职专业结构与产业结构的契合度不高,第二产业高职专业结构与产业结构的契合度较好,专业布局与区域重点产业发展契合度不足,对新兴产业支撑有限,专业设置重复度较高,部分专业布点过剩.因此,政府要统筹规划高职专业布局,合理调整高职院校专业设置,加强校企协作等,促进新疆高职专业结构与区域产业结构发展相契合.
Abstract
The mutual fit between the specialty structure and industrial structure is a requisite for promoting region-al economic development.This paper examines the recent three-year evolution of the specialty structure and industrial structure in Xinjiang,and reveals that the specialty structure has a low fit with the the primary and tertiary industry structure,and is comparatively better in agreement with the secondary industry's specialty structure.What's more,the specialty layout is not consistent enough with the development of regional key industries and its support for emerging industries is limited.It is also found that there is a high repetitiveness in specialty settings and an excessive distribution points of some professions in 26 higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is proposed that the government should take the following measures to promote the development of higher vocational specialty structure in Xinjiang to match the regional industrial structure,such as,planning the layout of higher vocational colleges,rationally adjusting their specialty set-tings,strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,etc.
