职业教育中劳动教育的现实困境和应对策略

摘要
劳动教育是我国五育教育方针之一,职业教育中的劳动教育应有教育共性的特征,也应有其自身的类型特征.职业教育中的劳动教育不是简单的开设一门课程,而是要建立面向学生全面发展的综合教育体系,要将劳动教育与德、智、体、美教育融合统一,融入职业教育的各类课程教学实践中,融入职业教育产教融合的实训实习教学中,建立具有职业教育类型特征的教育目标、教育内容、教育评价和教育运行机制,使劳动教育成为职业教育相关利益方都关注、重视和参与的教育,建立起规范的劳动教育体系,职业教育的劳动教育才能真正实现"育人育才"的目标.
Abstract
Labour education is one of the five educational policies in China.The labour education in vocational edu-cation should have its own characteristics as well as the common educational features.The vocational labour education is not simply an independent course,but it should be integrated into the moral,intellectual and aesthetic education,the teaching of various vocational education courses and the industry's practical training teaching in order to build a com-prehensive education system for students'all-round development and to establish the objectives,contents,evaluation and operation mechanisms with vocational education characteristics,which will make the stakeholders related to voca-tional education to pay attention to,value and participate into the labor education.As long as a standardized labor educa-tion system is established,it can truly achieve the goal of"cultivating talents".
