对分课堂是一种新型的教学模式,其核心理念是把一半课堂时间分配给教师讲授,另一半分配给学生进行交互式学习.对分课堂应用于思政课教学,能够解决思政课教学改革中教学分离、教师无奈、学生无力的问题,更加体现出学生"主体型"学习地位,有效提升思政课的教学效果和质量.反映到具体的思政课对分课堂教学设计,就是要重构教学生态,重点关注思政课教学主体的变化;重塑教学组织,重点关注思政课教学条件的变化;重整教材资源,重点关注思政课教学内容的变化;重组教学实施,重点关注思政课教学流程的变化;重建教学评价,重点关注思政课教学考核的变化.
Overall Design of Teaching Innovation for Ideological and Political Courses under the Guidance of PAD Class
PAD Class is a new teaching mode,whose core idea is to allocate half of the classroom time to teachers,and the other half of the classroom time to students for interactive learning.The application of PAD Class in ideological and political courses can not only solve the dilemma of disconnection of teaching and learning,teachers'helplessness and students'lack of interests in the reform of ideological and political teaching,but also reflect the"student-orient-edness"learning status,and then effectively improve teaching effect and quality.The specific teaching design of ideo-logical and political courses should include the reconstructing teaching ecology with the focus on the change of teaching subject,reshaping teaching organization with the focus on the change of teaching conditions,reforming teaching re-sources with the focus on the change of teaching contents,reorganizing teaching implementation with the focus on the change of teaching process and reconstructing teaching evaluation with the focus on the change of teaching assessment.
