The Functional Positioning and Realization Path of Secondary Vocational Education under the Modern Vocational Education System
As an important part of the modern vocational education system,secondary vocational education plays a basic role in the internal structure of vocational education,while in the external structure of vocational education,it pro-motes the integration of ordinary high school education and vocational high education,industry and education,and sci-ence and education.Therefore,the paper makes several suggestions.Firstly,it should adhere to the school-running ori-entation of"paying equal attention to employment and further studies"to meet the diversified development needs of learners.Secondly,it should implement the legal duty for giving equal attention to academic education and vocational training to promote the construction of a learning society and a skilled society.Thirdly,it should break the internal barri-ers of the education system to promote the innovation of the integration training mode of academic education and vocational education;should deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation to promote regional economic development and secondary vocational talent training.Finally,it should promote the integration of science and education to develop the interaction of scientific and technological innovation and secondary vocational education.
